FAQs
How can I get an estimated delivery date for my delivery?
The most current status of your parcel or package delivery can be found on www.uniuni.com/tracking. This includes an estimated delivery date for most parcels and packages.
I've ordered an item and there are no updates on my tracking number. How can I find out the estimated delivery date?
When an order is placed, the merchant or seller you purchased from needs time to process, fulfill, and prepare your order for shipment before it is physically provided to UniUni for delivery. UniUni can only provide an estimated delivery date after your parcel or package is physically received. If there are no updates or changes on your tracking number, it likely means your merchant or seller is still processing your order. Please contact your merchant or seller for the latest status of your order during this time. An estimated delivery date will be provided after UniUni physically receives your parcel or package.
How can I update my delivery information (unit number, gate/buzz code, phone number, or delivery instructions)?
To update your delivery information, submit your request via the chatbot at www.uniuni.com/support. Please be aware that if your parcel or package is actively out for delivery with a delivery driver, delivery instructions may not reach the delivery driver in time.
What happens if a delivery attempt fails?
If a delivery attempt fails or is rejected:
- First Delivery Attempt: If the first delivery attempt fails, a delivery reattempt will occur within 48 hours in most circumstances. No action is needed from you unless there are any delivery information updates you would like to make.
- Second Delivery Attempt: If the second delivery attempt fails, your parcel will be returned to UniUni's warehouse. After your parcel has a "storage" status, contact customer support to arrange a re-delivery. Your parcel will be stored in UniUni's warehouse for 30 days.
- Rejected Delivery Attempt: Delivery attempts may be rejected if the delivery address is a USPS post office box, which UniUni cannot deliver to, or if there is an invalid delivery address. If your delivery attempt is rejected, please update your delivery information.
My package shows delivered, but is missing or delivered to the wrong address. What should I do?
If your parcel is showing delivered but missing, follow these steps:
- Verify Delivery Status: Go to www.uniuni.com/tracking and confirm your parcel status, and to also view "Proof of Delivery" photos if available.
- Investigate: Check with other members of your household if it was received, with neighbors, building management, the mailroom/lobby, or around your property to see if the package was misplaced.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged or was mishandled?
If your package arrives damaged or was mishandled:
- Document the damage: Take clear photos of the damaged package and its contents.
- Submit photos: Provide your photos, information, and tracking number.
- Investigation: Customer Support will investigate and determine next steps. Alternatively, you can also contact your merchant or seller for assistance.
My package is missing items or has incorrect items. What should I do?
For any issues or concerns regarding the contents of your package, please contact the merchant, seller, or vendor you purchased from. UniUni's primary responsibility is with delivering your parcel.
How can I provide feedback about a delivery driver?
Feedback about delivery drivers, whether positive or negative, is appreciated. If you have any comments about a delivery driver, please provide details, including the date, time, and any relevant information.
How can I request "Proof of Delivery" photos?
To view your Proof of Delivery, go to www.uniuni.com/tracking and submit your tracking number. Select the "View Delivery Confirmation" link and enter the postal/zip code associated with your parcel or package.
How do I return my order?
UniUni provides "last mile delivery" services. To return an order, you must contact the merchant, seller, or vendor you originally purchased from for assistance. Your merchant or seller will have their own policies and procedures for returning orders.
How can I get my merchant or seller's information?
If you received a parcel or package and you're unsure about the sender, UniUni unfortunately only has limited information. Parcels and packages arrive at UniUni pre-labeled and do not include detailed sender information.
Can I pick up my parcel?
Parcel pick-up services are available in Canada only at this time and only available in select cities: Montreal, Toronto, and North York. For all other locations across Canada and the United States, a re-delivery request may be needed to have your parcel or package delivered to you.
Can a delivery be made to a local post office?
Deliveries cannot be made to post offices or PO boxes.
